Chatelaine

A decorative clasp worn at the waist carrying a watch, key, seal and other implements.

Explanation

Chatelaines are eighteenth- and nineteenth-century dress accessories; complete examples with their original watch and full set of pendants are uncommon, and later assembly of matching parts is frequent.
