Movement Architecture
The movement of the Double Tourbillon 30° is calibrated as the GF02, a manual-winding caliber. Its primary feature is a double tourbillon configuration. The inner tourbillon cage is inclined at an angle of 30 degrees and completes a full rotation every 60 seconds. This assembly is mounted within an outer carriage that rotates once every four minutes, indicated by a specialized rotation indicator on the dial.
This architecture is designed to address positional errors in timekeeping by averaging the influence of gravity on the balance wheel. The movement is visible through a transparent caseback and includes a 72-hour power-reserve function, displayed via an indicator on the main dial.
