Dial Composition and Display
The timepiece presents an off-center textured guilloché subdial for hours and minutes held by a screwed metal ring, with blued hands, set on a silvered dial surface. On the left side of the dial, an open aperture reveals the tourbillon assembly.
Below the primary time dial is a subsidiary deadbeat seconds subdial. At the upper sector, a power reserve indicator graduated from 0 to 42 positioned below 12 o'clock indicates autonomy, alongside dial inscriptions 'F.P. JOURNE', 'Invenit et Fecit', and 'Remontoir d'Egalité avec Seconde Morte'.
