Case and Dial Features
The watch is constructed as a half-hunter piece, utilizing a silver case assessed at 800 fineness. The design incorporates a crown for winding at the 12 o'clock position, accompanied by a bow for attachment to a chain. The front bezel features a hinged lid with a lip to facilitate opening, which protects the dial. The side of the case near the 11 o'clock position contains a recessed pusher for setting the time, protected by a specific boat-shaped housing to prevent accidental activation.
The white enamel dial features Roman numerals for the hours and includes a subsidiary seconds register at the 6 o'clock position. The hour and minute hands are executed in the Louis XV style. The exterior of the back cover is finished with guilloché engraving and a central cartouche displaying the hammer and chisel, which acts as a mining emblem, encircled by a dedicated commemorative inscription.
