Spring bar
The spring-loaded pin passing through the lugs that secures a strap or bracelet to the case.
Explanation
A spring bar is a spring-loaded telescopic pin that holds a strap or bracelet between a wristwatch's lugs. It is removed with a forked tool. Using the wrong tool easily scratches lugs, and old, weak spring bars are a common cause of lost watches, so replacing them is good preventive care.
