Dynamic poising

Poising performed while the balance is oscillating, correcting for hairspring as well as balance imbalance.

Explanation

More refined than static poising alone, dynamic poising accounts for the way an imperfectly formed or attached hairspring can introduce positional error even in a statically poised balance.
