Adjuster (watch adjuster)

A skilled worker responsible for regulating a movement's rate across positions and temperatures.

Explanation

Adjusting was a distinct, often better-paid trade from ordinary assembly and finishing, and 'adjusted' on a dial or movement is a specific factory grading claim rather than a general quality statement.
