Adjusted

A movement regulated for specified conditions, historically marked on the plate.

Explanation

Marks such as 'Adjusted to five positions, temperature and isochronism' record factory regulation work. The marking is a claim made at the factory; after a century of service and possible parts changes it describes intention rather than present performance.
