Case and Design
The Chaplin III floor clock utilizes a tripod support structure fabricated from select hardwoods and veneers. The entirety of the wood components is finished in a high-gloss white, intended to create a visual statement piece. The structure is supported by three legs that meet at the top beneath the clock housing.
Metal accents throughout the tripod legs and the circular clock housing are finished in polished chrome. The pendulum, which consists of a chrome-finished bob, is suspended on a white high-gloss wooden stick that aligns with the vertical aesthetic of the tripod assembly.
