Dial and Calendar Functions
The watch dial features a central display for hours and minutes, accompanied by an annual calendar mechanism. Two sub-dials are positioned at the upper half of the dial; one indicates the day of the week, while the other tracks the month. A moon phase display is located between the day and month sub-dials, positioned above the date aperture at the six o'clock location.
The dial includes applied Arabic numeral hour markers. The text 'Patek Philippe' and 'Geneve' are printed below the twelve o'clock marker, and the words 'Swiss' and 'Made' flank the date window at the bottom of the dial.
