Historical significance

  • The brushed steel case has a matching link bracelet. The date and month are selected by means of two push-pieces on either side of the case.
  • Launched in 1969, the Pulsar was the first quartz wristwatch to have a digital display with light emitting diodes (LED). The Pulsar Auto Command model is equipped with a device designed to prolong the life of the movement’s two batteries. The dial only lights up if the wearer shakes the watch in a specific way.
