Historical significance
- Guilloché (engine-turned) gold case, bezel set with half-pearls, back with finely engraved and engine-turned decoration of foliage and flowers, with inlaid pearls and translucent green enamel.
- Enamel dial, signed “Vaucher à Paris”, with Roman numerals for the hours and Arabic numerals for the minutes. Two central gold hands, the hour hand in the form of a fleur-de-lis.
- Movement with fusee and chain, and verge escapement.
