  • Made by Schild Brothers in Granges, the movement has a cylinder escapement, a pendant-winding mechanism, and pushpin setting.
  • This kind of watch was originally designed for a neck-chain. When inserted into a leather strap, it became very popular in the United States. It was sold in New York by Julien Gallet & Co under the name “Lady Racine”.
