  • The polished brass case has a moulded bezel fitted with a domed glass. The white enamel dial has painted Roman numerals for the hours. The gilded brass hour and minute hands are pierced and engraved. The arrow-shaped alarm hand is blued steel.
  • The movement has hour and quarter repeating on bells, a fusee with chain, a verge escapement, and a brass three-armed balance. The gilded brass balance cock is engraved and pierced with symmetrical fleurs-de-lis and scrolls. The silver regulating rosette is numbered from 1 to 7 in Arabic numerals. The engraved gilded brass casing-flange is pierced with a hole for the pull-repeat cord.
