Case Construction and Design
The clock is constructed from linden-wood and features a walnut brown finish. The overall form, identified as the Bahnhäusle design, is defined by a steep gable that references the architectural style of railway keepers' houses found in the Black Forest region. The exterior is decorated with hand-carved leaf motifs integrated into the gable and the body of the case.
The case stands 68 cm high, 30 cm wide, and 19 cm deep. Being a handmade item, the manufacturer notes that individual examples may display variations in the wood grain and color, ensuring that no two clocks are identical in their finish and carved detailing.
