Case and Stand Construction
The clock is housed in a brass case with a hinged bezel that opens. A mounting screw hole is visible at the 12 o'clock position on the brass rim, and the clock is mounted onto a dark stepped wooden base exhibiting visible edge wear and surface marks.
A double-ended winding key stamped 'FOXBORO' rests in front of the base. The catalog condition report notes that the glass cover is absent and documents wear to the wooden stand.
